We strictly follow all labor laws set by the Government of Nepal. Our team members work 8 hours a day, and any overtime is compensated fairly, with extra pay for additional hours. Salaries are paid directly into each employee’s bank account, ensuring transparency and security. Every employee is enrolled in Nepal’s Social Security Fund for long-term financial benefits.
