Fair Pay & Legal Compliance
We strictly follow all labor laws set by the Government of Nepal. Our team members work 8 hours a day, and any overtime is compensated fairly. Salaries are paid directly into bank accounts for security and transparency. Every employee is enrolled in Nepal's Social Security Fund for long-term financial security.
